Background

We provide a comprehensive smart ductless ventilation system comprising Jet Fans (Impulse or Induction Type), Main supply and Exhaust Fans (Axial Type), Carbon Monoxide Sensors, and Control Panel, to ventilate the underground basement/ car park during normal conditions, and extracting smoke during an emergency situation typically in case of fire.

During an actual fire, The National Building Code 2016 requires an emergency smoke extraction rate to be based on 12 air changes per hour (ACH), and for day-to-day operations to provide at least 6 ACH.

Unlike traditional ducting system, the benefits of our smart ductless ventilation systems are:

Background

Systems designed in accordance with National Building Code, 2016.

Background

Reduce Carbon Monoxide (CO) with strategically placed Jet fans directing supply air towards each extract point, so that a good level of ventilation is provided throughout the car park.

Background

System is effective and energy efficient with design validated through CFD Analysis.

Background

Less smoke damage and better smoke containment allowing the car park to be brought back into use more quickly.

Background

Design and cost related support from a better pre-sales customer service.

Background

Reduced need for costly and space consuming ductwork.

Design & CFD Simulation

Jet Fans and the associated ventilation systems are only effective if the overall system design is sound. Our Company’s design team consists of design experts and CFD experts who ensure an optimal design tailored to local regulations, enhancing air quality, fire safety, and cost efficiency throughout the system’s lifecycle.

A CFD model is built upon fundamental physical equation of fluid flow and energy transfer, allowing detailed assessment of air flow patterns and behaviour, heat transfer, and contaminated air transport in and around the building.

Objective is to design ventilation system for basement/ car park areas using jet fans.

Aim is to find the specific locations, number, and configuration of jet fans required considering the given position of inlets and exhaust fans.

Essential to ensure that all areas of the car park are correctly ventilated, and in the event of fire, fume extraction is optimised.

Calculation is based on 3D simulation of variables such as ACH, Air volume, Direction and Structural features of each car park thus producing a customised solution.
