These bag filters are designed to filter heavy dust burden continuously at a high filtration velocity & constant level of resistance with a collection efficiency of approx.. 99.99% in an exceptionally compact design. Application in every industry which handles/ processes powdered or granulated materials, or machinery/ equipment generated large quantities of dust.

Insertable Vent Bag Filter

These bag filters are designed to deal with heavy dust burdens & high filtration velocities encountered in the pneumatic conveying of particulate products. It has also found uses in Belt Conveying System, Transfer Points, Bucket Elevators, Vibratory Screen, Containers tipplers, Wagon tipplers, etc.

  • Range consists of 80 different filters with a wide variety of applications
  • Available rage is 4 m² to 60 m²
  • These bag filters have a compact design & are available with built in Fan
  • System resistance is minimum, thus saving in power
  • No extra dust disposal system, collected dust remains in system

Cyclone Separator

They are simple, reliable, efficient and compact unit for the collection of particulate matter from manufacturing processes, & other duct generating sources. They are suitable for collection of chips, husk, etc. and available in standard sizes to suit various industrial needs.

  • Available in range from 2000 M3 / hr to 50000 M3 / hr
  • Can be used on dry dust but not suitable for sticky material, fumes, or high proportion dust
  • Can withstand rugged service conditions including (moderately) heavy loadings of abrasive dust & high temperature
  • Also available with large diameters to operate as high efficiency collectors
